CH Garden Machinery has built an enviable reputation for excellent customer service. Our customers rely on knowing that when they bring the equipment to us, we will use our knowledge, expertise and endeavour to help. For larger machines our friendly staff can provide a collection and delivery service.
We understand the importance of minimising the time taken to service or repair equipment. As all of our servicing is done in-house we don’t feel the need to send anything away, but we also have the backup of the major suppliers such as Husqvarna, AL-KO, Mitox, Weibang and Cobra.
We receive regular training on the products we sell and support. We think it is vitally important to transfer that knowledge on to you.

As well as our extensive experience here at CH Garden Machinery, we have a range of up-to-date diagnostic tools to help us quickly identify faults, including computerised diagnostics for the more modern machines. We keep our product knowledge up-to-date, both for the products we sell and most importantly in the workshop.
We will use only genuine parts as we have found that using better quality parts last longer. We aim to get it right the first time, as re-work is costly for both our customers and us. By keeping a wide variety of parts for the items we sell in stock we can complete repairs quickly.

We have various loan machines for when a customer’s piece of equipment is being worked on. Then when it is time to buy a replacement or a new machine, in some cases we may even be able to take your old machine in part exchange.
It’s important to us that our customers feel valued, special and needed. We do our best to provide a personal touch and want you to come back regularly. Also by recommending us to your friends and family, you would be helping out a small, local business.
